Detroit police looking for missing 59-year-old woman

•5 feet, 9 inches, weighing 200 pounds
•has auburn hair
•good physical condition, may exhibit mental instability
•last seen wearing a black jacket and black sweatpants.
•last seen around 2:30 p.m. in the 19100 block of Stotter Street
•caregivers state she was taking out the trash but never returned

MISSING: Michigan woman takes out trash, never returns home

The woman’s caregivers told police that Reeside never returned back home and no one has seen her since she walked outside to take out the trash.

According to police, Reeside has mental limitations. Anyone with information about Reeside’s whereabouts is urged to contact Detroit Police 11th Precinct at 313-596-1140. You can also contact the Crime Stoppers tip line at 1-800-Speak Up (1-800-773-2587).

Please help us locate Francis Reeside.

Francis was last seen on Monday, April 20, 2020, at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the 19100 block of Stotter St.

Caregivers for Francis stated that she went outside to take out the trash but never returned.

Francis is a 59 year old white female, 5'9", 200 lbs. auburn color hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket and black sweat pants.

Francis is in good physical but may demonstrate some mental instability.

If anyone has seen Francis Reeside, or knows of her whereabouts, they are asked to please call Detroit Police 11th Precinct at 596-1140, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up. [same photo as in OP]"

I have to wonder, with the stay-in-the-home orders in Detroit, if that helped her be found, as she was NOT in the home - also, missing persons seem to be less since COVID-19, or is that just my imagination?
