I think this is pretty solid! Height, weight, age, race, eye color, short hair style, and pierced ears are all exact matches. And there's definitely a visual resemblance in the side by side you posted.

Gerri allegedly was going to Chicago in October 1990, and the decedent was found in New York City, 600 miles away in the opposite direction, in October 1991. But Gerri could've been tricked or kidnapped, or she also could've lied and gone voluntarily elsewhere. Anything can happen in a year.
