The body was found around 10:40 a.m. Thursday on M-46 outside of Howard City.

The victim is a man and his death is being treated as a homicide.

Witnesses tell 24 Hour News 8 the victim had a garbage bag, secured with duct tape, over his head.

Police say they are still trying to identify the man.

What a horrible way to die and then to be dumped like a pile of garbage. I hope LE find some evidence on the body and they catch the monster who did this.
