o/t ~ Listening to the scanner the day they were searching for terrorist #2 was the most exciting real time event of brave responders (all of them!) I've ever been that close to (via scanner). It kept me on the edge of my seat for several hours. When LE lifted the ban for staying inside, my heart sank, and then I signed out to make dinner. The TV was still on and, thank God, shortly thereafter he was found in the boat. It turned out a good decision to lift the ban.

It was so funny to be hearing about the robots frisking people, the dogs sniffing for bombs and then, all of a sudden, to hear, "need an escort for the lunch truck"!

That was an intense day and you got a good idea how they are being pulled in so many directions at one time, the coordination that's involved, the time it takes to clear a single suspect, etc. It was exciting indeed!

I did the same thing. as soon as they lifted the ban I thought, what a bunch of jokers and went for a nap with DD. when I woke up it was just in time to get back on and hear them go in with the bearcats.

I have been following since the first day and do no know if it has been confirmed ( said by LE) as yet but its been said some of the other gas stations in the area have reported a guy in a van just sitting outside and watching the girls. I will look for a link.
