GRAND BLANC TWP, MI -- Police in Grand Blanc Township are asking for the public's help to find a missing 73-year-old man with dementia.
Johnnie B. Thornton was last seen around 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 11, in the area of Fenton and Grand Blanc roads, according to the Grand Blanc Township Police Department.
He was driving a gold/tan 2002 Buick Lesabre with a Michigan handicapped license plate, number 8126J6.
He stands 5-foot-6 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, and was wearing khaki pants, a black wool trench coat, stocking cap, black boots, and has a walking stick.
Thornton was recently diagnosed with dementia and is known to be combative. Anyone that has seen him is asked to call 911 or Grand Blanc Township Police at 810-424-2611.
