Detroit police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing woman with a developmental disorder.

Authorities say 37-year-old Kristina Flick was reported missing by her caregiver on Wednesday. Flick was last seen in the 8000 block of 2nd Street, west of Woodward Avenue near Delaware Street.

Police said Flick was looking for her hat and then left the location and never returned. Her caregiver is very concerned for her wellbeing because they have not seen or heard from her since she left.

Flick is described as a white female, about 5-foot-4, wearing a tan quilted jacket, blue jeans, black and white Nike shoes and carrying a multicolored bag.

She is in fair physical condition, according to police, but suffers from a developmental disorder.

Anyone who has seen Kristina Flick, or knows of her whereabouts, is asked to call Detroit Police Department's 3rd Precinct at 313-596-1340, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up.
