This is beyond comprehension. The video in the linked MSM says Skii was so malnourished that she was only 13 lbs at 18 months old. That's a year and a half! 13 lbs! The house was also infested with lice, bedbugs, and other pests.

I have no words for the person who had these children. I'm finding it hard to call her a mother.

RIP, Skii. You deserved better than you got.
