DETROIT (WWJ) -- The Detroit Police Department is asking for tips as investigators search for a 14-year-old girl who disappeared on the city's east side two weeks ago.
Nataiga Carr was last seen at around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2023, when she left a restaurant in the 18900 block of Kingsville, in the area of Moross and Kelly Rd.
Police said the teen did not return to her home, in the area of 8 Mile Rd. and Kelly Rd., and no one has heard from her since.
Natagia is described as a Black female, 5'4'' tall and weighing 125 to 130 lbs., with black hair styled in braids, and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black coat, a camouflage hooded sweatshirt and white shoes.
Anyone who has seen this missing child is asked to call the DPD's 9th Precinct at 313-596-5901. To remain 100% anonymous, tipsters can call the Crime Stoppers line at 1-800-SPEAK-UP (1-800-773-2587). Tips may also be submitted online at this link.
