This is very concerning. Why would Nila's guardian wait until the 25th to report her missing? Did Nila say that she was going to meet with a male or did she leave a note? Where were they supposed to meet? No cellphone, which is somewhat odd. I really hope that Nila is not in any danger.

I’m also wondering why Nila’s guardian would wait so long to report her missing, and why she doesn’t have a cell phone. I know people with cognitive impairment have vastly varied levels of needs.. it’s just confusing to me why she wouldn’t have one for the purpose of communicating, at the very least. Without a cell phone, I assume that Nila spoke with this man she was going to meet online? But if she was allowed free rein on the Internet on a computer, why not just give her a cell phone..? I don’t have a good feeling about this. I hope I’m wrong and Nila is somewhere warm and safe
