Police are looking for Patricia Ann Thorpe.
The 44-year-old woman went missing after leaving her sister's home sometime between 12:30 and 8 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 24. Thorp did not bring her phone with her, or leave a note.
According to a release from the Van Buren County Sherriff's Office, Thorpe is developmentally disabled and suffers from a speech impediment. She was last seen wearing black pajama pants with animal print on them, a white T-shirt and black shoes.
Thorpe wears glasses. She should also be in possession of an over-the-shoulder purse.
Police said she is five feet tall and weighs 105 pounds.
Officers do not know where Thorpe is headed. Police expressed concern for her safety due to her developmental disorder and the hot weather on Sunday.
