I think the baby is alive. I think someone (or someone’s) kept Rebecca alive until she had the baby and then disposed of her. As @Megnut said, I don’t subscribe to coincidences either.

But where the baby is now, I have no clue.

Could it be that RP had the baby when she was with her sister (to avoid the hospital), and passed during/shortly after childbirth, and sister panicked and didn’t want to baby to be taken away from her? Or if the baby passed, too, maybe she panicked thinking she would get in trouble?

Takes more than one to move a body though, so many other family members were involved after the crime? I’m almost hoping that this is the case because it would mean that her sister didn’t hurt her intentionally.

I'm more in the camp that someone offed her.

The status of Park’s child is unknown.

It is not clear what charges the fiancé and sister were arrested on. It is also unclear whether their arrests are connected with the missing person’s case. 9&10 reports that they could be arraigned today or later this week.

During a news conference Tuesday night, Sheriff Trent Taylor would not answer whether the clothing on the deceased matched what Park was wearing when she disappeared. Taylor had no comment on whether investigators believed the body had been moved. He also would not say how long this person appeared to have been deceased.

Shortly after the discovery of the body, Falor, 43, was booked into the custody at the Wexford County Jail at 7:30 p.m. EST, according to custody records obtained by PEOPLE.

A few hours later, shortly after midnight on Wednesday, Nov. 26, Kimberly Park, 21, was booked into the same jail.

The reasons for the arrests have not yet been disclosed, and it is not clear whether they relate to Rebecca’s disappearance or death. There are no charges listed for either Falor or Kimberly at this time.

There was a disagreement about whether to remove the child from the body, and the result is several people creating diversions/blaming each other. JMO.

Yet she went to the hospital the day she disappeard, thinking she was in labor. I don't think that's the case. Time will tell though, this thing has been a mess.
