She looks like she didn't know this was going to happen! This should not come as a surprise to her, none of this should. She laid down the steps, and LE followed them right to her door. She should have been there waiting, with bells on. Imo

Richard Allen Falor said his son and Park went to the hospital prior to Park’s disappearance because Park thought she was going into labor. She was released because she “wasn’t getting ready to have the baby yet,” according to Richard Allen Falor.

Park then had dinner with her mother and was dropped off at Richard Allen Falor’s home by her mother and stepfather, he said. That was the last day he saw her.

“The night she went missing, she was here,” Richard Allen Falor said. “She left during the night but (my son) stayed here for some reason and we just never heard from her again.

“(Park’s) mom came and got her. That’s what my son told me the next morning.”

A pack of liars.

I realize that I may be in the minority here but I don't think the boyfriend had anything to do with the murder of RP or knows where the missing child may be. Clearly, boyfriend (RF) is a criminal, sex offender, and absolutely belongs in jail for his offenses, but I just don't get murderer from him. I may be COMPLETELY wrong because RF is a predator, but I think the real villain and killer is bio-mom, Courtney.

These are, of course, just my thoughts and opinions and I am absolutely open to what others are thinking.

I'm noticing: She is wearing her very nicest t-shirt on this occasion. (I can't help it, sorry.) 🤐

I have the exact same gut feeling.
CB sounds like the manipulative type, whereas RF sounds more to me like the dumb criminal and not the criminal mastermind who would put all this stuff together. Plus, his accounts seem pretty consistent to me.

I may be wrong too, but I guess we'll eventually find out.

I found this part of his statement odd:

“She left during the night but (my son) stayed here for some reason and we just never heard from her again."

I don't know, just sounds weird to me.

Why would he add "for some reason" there, for one thing?

Yes!!! WELL SAID!

The biggest factor for me is when we got the information about the baby missing. Now, if RP was early in her pregnancy, I might lean more toward the boyfriend. However, RP was in the late stages and had begun having contractions. In similar cases we have seen here on Websleuths, the murderer is almost always a woman. Put that together with the last person to see her alive and it's the same: Courtney.

You said it best - we will know soon enough!

This whole crime is just so, so sad. I am still holding out hope the baby will be found alive.

I understood it better when he said that 'her mother came and picked her up later'...

I think he was referring to 'for some reason her mom didn't want my son, the baby's father, to come with her as she was almost in labour...

I think those two guys were telling the truth. I think Becca called her mom from hospital, saying she was close to going into labour but was being sent home for the night....

And that was all Mama Courtney needed to hear---the baby's coming----so she went to pick Becca up and took her away, alone...

BINGO

Mama C wanted a baby all to herself. IMO

I tend to agree with your opinion. But why arrest him and KP?

I tend to agree with your opinion. But why arrest him and KP?

In a recent livestream with Rebecca's bio mum Courtney, it was clear that she was trying to implicate both Kimberly and Richard in Rebecca's Death. She initially claimed that Rebecca was at her house that night and left in a dark coloured vehicle. Later she claimed that Richard, Kimberly and one other person who she wouldn't identify had been in that vehicle when Rebecca left with them.
She also claimed that Richard and Kimberly were having an affair and insinuated that they wanted the baby for themselves.

I find it interesting that those two were arrested early on and held on unrelated charges for stupendous bond amounts, and I tend to think the idea was to keep each of them from fleeing while detectives gathered more evidence.

They may be accessories after the fact. Cortney may have needed help moving the body around and/or cleaning up.

Well, I'm afraid that just confused me more! OK, so when you said this in your post above:

"I think he was referring to 'for some reason her mom didn't want my son, the baby's father, to come with her as she was almost in labour..."

are you saying this was something Cortney said? No, that wouldn't make sense... By "my son" in your above quote, is that referring to Becca's unborn baby?

Because when I read it in the original post, I thought it was Richard referring to his own son, an older son. I thought he was saying that Becca was at his place that night, but Cortney came to pick her up from there, late that night, but he had already gone to bed, so he didn't find out she had left until he woke up early in the morning.

And I thought he was saying he found out she'd left with Cortney because his son, who had stayed the night "for some reason" told him. Which sounded to me like he may have been suspicious of his son's reasons for staying there that night. Or something, who knows.

"Last week, Kimberly Sue Park of Cadillac, the sister of Rebecca Park, was charged with three felonies,

including tampering with evidence in a criminal case punishable by more than 10 years, lying to a peace officer during a violent crime investigation and filing a false report of a felony. The charges stem from her connection to incidents that occurred Nov. 22 in Cadillac.

Richard Lee Falor
, 43, of Manton, the fiance of Rebecca Park, was charged with two counts of delivering methamphetamine in connection with incidents between June 17 and Aug. 11 in Manton and Haring Township. Each count carries a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $25,000.

So it looks like they were arrested in order to put them away long enough for LE to figure out what was really going on?

No, SORRY, those were MY WORDS, trying to explain how the grandfather of the baby was thinking----he thought it was weird that Courtney came and picked up Becca, and took her alone, without her boyfriend, who wanted to be there for the birth of their child.
Because when I read it in the original post, I thought it was Richard referring to his own son, an older son. I thought he was saying that Becca was at his place that night, but Cortney came to pick her up from there, late that night, but he had already gone to bed, so he didn't find out she had left until he woke up early in the morning.
Yes, that's true about Courtney coming to pick up Becca, and they left everyone asleep and didnt tell anyone, but the older son who had to move his chair...
And I thought he was saying he found out she'd left with Cortney because his son, who had stayed the night "for some reason" told him. Which sounded to me like he may have been suspicious of his son's reasons for staying there that night. Or something, who knows.

Ok, that might be why he said that...I just thought he was saying 'for some reason she took only Becca' and he might have thought it was weird because his son had already been to the hospital with her because he was wanting to be at the birth of his child.

ETA: I just read that both of those sons lived there. So it couldn't be that the grandfather thought it was odd his grown son spent the night because he lived there.

I think he thought it was odd that Courtney came late that night and took Becca away alone.

Yes, I mean they may still be convicted of those offenses but it seems to me that the bond amounts for the two were set so high so that they could be held while the detectives figured out who was lying and who wasn't.

$1 million bond for two counts of delivering methamphetamine is completely bonkers even if he had previous convictions.
Likewise $750,000 bond for tampering with evidence, lying to a peace officer and filing a false report of a felony is pretty extreme.

I tend to think at the time of the arrests, detectives might have been expecting to tack homicide charges on top, and if that's the case I expect it was because of the tall stories that Courtney and Brad had told them in the first place.

It also makes me wonder if Kimberly's charges might end up being dropped or altered. It may be that she'd initially told the truth about Courtney & Brad's involvement, and then was coerced by them into changing her story (or vice versa).

Yes, I think they had to see if Courtney was telling the truth about KP and Richard being the ones who drove off with Becca who was going into labour.

Yes, Courtney was probably convincing. She was her 'mother' and was not going to harm her pregnant daughter, right?

Yes. I do think hers will be greatly reduced at least, if she had nothing to do with Becca's death.

At a minimum, I think KP had an idea what really happened. Police wanted both her and RF to talk. Maybe a cooperation agreement?
