I wondered this too. My best guess for this is that LEO got access to communication which indicates the baby is deceased OR someone (like Kim maybe) has already sung like a bird with whatever they know. MOO.
Could be blood evidence, baby wpuldd have different DNA than Rebecca, and they can tell when blood loss would be catastrophic

I don’t have anything to add to the discussion, but this case is unbelievable. A biological mother killing her child… because she wanted a child? Seems like a lot of work instead of just parenting the kids she has. She’s the the worst of the worst. DP is too kind in this case. IMO

That makes sense. I just truly hope he gets justice in the end as well.

Falor's bond was lowered from $1 million to $5,000, with 10% required for release.

Park's bond was reduced from $750,000 to $5,000, also with 10% required.
Rebecca Park's sister and fiancé bonds reduced from $750K, $1M to $5K, released from jail

I knew their bonds were so high to allow LE to place pressure on them to tell all they might know about Becca's case. Now that the murderous couple is behind bars, Kimmie and Richie have had their bonds reduced. While the social media crowd melts down about it, I think this is as it should be.

I was unconvinced that Richard had anything to do with RP's death from the beginning of this case. He has lost a girlfriend and a child (son) at the hands of Courtney and her husband - I hope, now, he can grieve them properly.

MOO

Courtney is a foul creature who deserves as much sympathy as she gave Rebecca and her unborn child.

I feel terrible for her teen-age son who has been exposed to that vile woman - I can't even imagine what that young man has witnessed. I am hoping someone will step-up and care for him - my guess is he has suffered a lot under Courney's supervision or, should I say, lack of supervision.

Every time I think about what horrors Rebecca must have experienced, I get so angry and disgusted. GRRRR!
I wonder if once again the Parks step up?

I said from the start that RF stands to gain nothing from the crimes committed against RP.. I hope he finds a way to grieve and that this is a turning point in life for him to make better choices and get support he needs to be clean.

I think there is evidence with RP that the baby didn't survive outside the mother's body, but I don't have the medical knowledge to know what that could be. I don't think that communication, if that exists, without physical evidence would be enough to charge them with causing miscarriage/stillbirth, but idk.

I think what screwed up whatever plans these idiots had was that she was declared missing to soon. That messed up their plan. They thought she was in real labor, they got her with the promise of cash, she wasn't in labor and they didn't know what to do with her next. So they did what they did. IMO

How old is this woman again? What clinic is handing out fertility drugs to middle-aged amputee meth addicts? I wouldn't be shocked if she was lying on social media about the medicine.

Maybe she wanted a cheapo pair to wear while she performed a meth-fueled makeshift DIY at-home cesarean section. She wanted clothing that was cheap and easily disposed of. Doesn't want to ruin her own clothing. MOO.
And fine clothing she has as shown by her court appearance! IMO

That is what I came to say. Maybe they had 2 different blood matches. One her and one as a child of hers. And if it was enough of it, they would know a baby wouldn't survive that amount of blood loss.

This is an awful case to even have to discuss....

Where is the baby?! Dead? Or alive?

Where is the baby?! Dead? Or alive?
Sadly, I think the baby died during the horrific event. 😡

Now that I think about it, it may be the best for that sweet soul. If he had lived through that horror, there would only be more horrors to follow, given his family circumstances. What a load of garbage to live with, your grandparents stabbed your mom to death during your birth?

Given that the perps are charged with causing a miscarriage/stillbirth, that seems to mean LE knows the baby died, but he hasn't yet been found.

:(

MOO, they should be charged with 2 deaths.

Sadly, he is deceased, per the prosecutor. They may possibly have found evidence or remains.

Rebecca Park, 22, was in the final days of her pregnancy when she was last seen Nov. 3. The baby had been cut out of her when her remains were discovered last week, prosecutor Johanna Carey said in court.

“This is, frankly, evil personified,” Carey said.

[...]
“Mr. Bartholomew brought Rebecca to their home, forced her into another vehicle and took her into the woods where they stabbed her, forced her to lie on the ground while they cut her baby out, ultimately caused her death and the death of the baby,” Carey said.

Cortney was rearraigned this morning because her first name was apparently misspelled in the complaint 🤦‍♀️

Ish happens I guess.

ETA link to the video of that re arraignment. BTW IMO Orange is NOT her color ;)

Near the end of this 5 minute hearing, Courtney addresses the judge directly, and even after being told that she's not to discuss the particulars of the case, she appears to suggest that she's willing cut a deal with prosecutors so that she can carry out her "jail sentence" at home. LOL 😂😂

I mean it's ridiculous on account of it happening during an re-arraignment hearing to correct a misspelling, and even more ridiculous that she thinks she is EVER going to walk free after what she's done.

At home with an ankle monitor… like she thinks this is equivalent to a drug or shoplifting charge.

I don’t think she grasps she’s going to be stuffed away for the rest of her life, likely not even allowed to spend time in genpop.

This shows her callousness, imo, to be accused of heinous crimes and then offer to be cooperative with the prosecution.
