"Richard Bowman was last seen by his sister on Tuesday August 21st, 2018, at approximately 1:00 p.m. in the 1000 block of E. Grand Blvd. His sister reported that Richard went to his doctor’s appointment located at 2900 block of Russell but never came home.

Richard is described as 62 black male, 5’7″ – 5’9″, 220 lbs., dark complexion, short black and white natural with some facial hair. He was last seen wearing a blue/gray checkered shirt, blue jeans and brown boots.

Richard is in good physical condition, but suffers from a mental health condition.
