Identified! MI - Romulus, Body found I94-I275 intersection, Jul'15 - Emanuel Lofton

A Michigan Department of Transportation crew was mowing the grass when they found the body at around 3 p.m.

State police are investigating. Lt. Michael Shaw said the body is decomposing and there is no information on an identity at this point.

There were two other bodies found in the Detroit area today but it sounds like both of those are probably going to be identified soon.

The person whose body was found Wednesday in a ditch near the I-94 and I-275 freeways in Romulus has been identified as Emanuel David Lofton, 50, of Romulus.
