Tamaia Jones allegedly ran away from Vista Maria on Tuesday, April 22, and hasn’t been seen or heard from since then.

Police told Local 4 that the girl was recently transferred to Vista Maria from another facility and ran away before intake was made.

Per a previous article, this is a different girl, Tasia Keaton, who has been found alive. She is a victim of sex trafficking. I'm so thankful she has been found safe and I hope that she heals and recovers from all that she has been through.

With that being said, Tamaia ran away before intake process was completed. Is anyone familiar with the area? Is this an area known for trafficking? Easy access to drugs? How often are girls running away from this facility? What is its reputation? Are they understaffed or equipped to handle the residents needs? So many questions.

I do hope Tamaia is found safe and found soon!

My apologies. I wonder what is going on at Vista Maria that these young girls want to get away from the facility? Something is not right.
