Terry Tarrant was last seen around 8 a.m. on Nov. 13 by his mother when she dropped him off at East English Village Preparatory Academy in the 5000 block of Cadieux, off Warren Avenue on the east side. The teenager never returned to his home, in the 12000 block of Essex, and hasn't been seen or heard from since.
Officials are especially concerned because Tarrant has diabetes and requires medication.
Tarrant is described as a black male with a medium complexion, 5’6 ft. tall with a thin build, black hair and brown eyes. He has the name "Crystal" tattooed on the inside of his left forearm. He was last seen wearing a blue Polo winter hat, blue Northface jacket, tan pants and blue/white Jordan sneakers.
