Woman Sexually Assaulted, Held Hostage for a Week in Tent Before Escaping — Now Alleged Captor Is Arrested
A Michigan man was arrested after authorities allege he repeatedly sexually assaulted a woman and held her captive until she escaped.
William Paul Thompson, 22, of Mount Pleasant, was arraigned on multiple felony charges, including criminal sexual conduct and unlawful imprisonment, on Tuesday, Sept. 2, according to a press release shared by Michigan State Police.
