Circumstances of Disappearance He was last seen on Monday morning of September first around 9:00-10:30 am, wearing a white t-shirt with yellow sleeves, black shoes, light brown pants and a green and white baseball cap sitting on a chair with his dog in a multifamily private home parking lot. He carries no medications, no cell phone and no identification information with him since he left everything at home. He speaks very little english and has poor eyesight.

Being a new resident of Minnesota it is highly possible of him being lost anywhere in the state, if he took public transportation. Any bus he takes will get him confused and lost, including the train on his own. Bus route 64 passes near by the home, so it is possible he got on it and later took the train unknowing toward what direction or other bus routes.​
