Found Deceased MN - Janeen Peters, 57, St. Louis County, 11 Nov 2018

Nothing more on the internet about her, it feels like the sighting of her at the restaurant is suspect. Do they have video or was her card used there? Very weird, very troubling.
Is it possible she made it home and it just didn't get into the news?

Wouldn't that be nice!!
It would be great!! But I do find this case baffling. I check online several times daily. Article dated Nov 21, 2018 (though nothing new). Basically saying she’s still missing:

With so little info, possible scenarios come to mind. LE has updated with some confounding facts. Family reported her missing on 11 Nov 2018. Then her path was traced to a Duluth, MN restaurant on 13 Nov. A later update by LE states she may have been driving in the Grantsburg, WI area. This is not much to go on. I wonder who saw her or her car? Was she alone? Why did she travel on the week of Thanksgiving? Was there an argument or ultimatum?

Is she in danger or has she endangered herself? I’m soooo hoping and praying that it’s all a simple misunderstanding and Janeen will return home safely.

I had hoped for a much better outcome.
May she Rest In Peace. Praying her family.

I'm still wondering about this! I actually worked with her husband several year ago. The whole family lived on site so i interacted with her on a somewhat regular basis. Could this be a suspicious situation?

I was so praying for a different outcome. So very heartbreaking.

Any info on this?

I am wondering this as well. Was this a vehicle accident?

ETA: Hmmmm...

“On Tuesday, the Duluth Township Police requested help from the Lake County sheriff’s office in locating Peters’ missing vehicle. The vehicle was found abandoned and locked in an “area where it wasn’t easily noticed,” the sheriff’s office said in a news release.

The vehicle was covered in snow and there were no fresh tracks near it, the release said.

The cause of death is unknown and the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office is conducting an autopsy.“

ETA: IF autopsy rules a homicide then I have some possible thoughts, as Eau Claire has been on radar re: Jayme Closs’s case.

Was there any damage to the vehicle? The above says the doors were locked so if she had an accident and was injured, we’ve this seen before, accident victims found near the vehicle, but she locked the door behind her? And no tracks? Keeping an we on this one to see if the Coroner will rule accidental death or suicide on this one.

Actually are autopsy results back yet?
