I hope they thoroughly search his route back home. Sorry I'm terrible at maps, and of course I don't know the exact route he was taking, but I used google maps street view just to get an idea of the terrain (I used the fastest route at 39 mins).

I see various spots of woods and water close to the road and think about driving by those at 4am in the dark morning. I hope he didn't go off the road and his car just hasn't been seen. Maybe he fell asleep, an animal ran out in front of him, etc. I hope they check for skid marks and even put a chopper up and look from above. Fingers crossed he is found.

IMO
If he left at 4 am, it is still dark.
If he used Google Maps to navigate from Savage to St. Boni, it is about 30 miles. Google provided 3 options and all pass numerous lakes, ponds and holding ponds.
That is where I would begin searching the routes on Google and look for any pressed down grasses especially near water.

Prayering for him

On FB, Minnesota United has organized a searched based on his cell phone ping at 12 pm on 6/12/21 at the Storage Mart in Chaska (1900 Stoughton Ave.). Which is near the main driving route option through Chaska.

Typo 4 pm instead of 12 pm.

Also
There is a search planned for today at Storage Mart & surrounding area in Chaska.
IMO Chaska is a low crime area vs high crime in Minneapolis.

Family continues search for missing man last seen June 12 near Savage

"We want some answers, we need help," Keegan’s mother Mirriam Oyugi said. "We are so frustrated because nothing seems to be getting done as far as we can see about this case. We just want to know what happened to our son, where he is, if we can get the answers."

Keegan’s parents say they usually talk to him every day, but no one has heard from him since June 12.

"Tuesday was my birthday, and when he didn’t call me to wish me a happy birthday then I knew something had gone wrong," Mirriam said. "Because he would never not call me."

Mirriam and her husband Richard flew to Minnesota from Kansas two days after their son went missing,

"With the help of the volunteers, with the help of the community, we’ve been looking for him since," said Richard.

The 26-year-old is a talented basketball player, a recent graduate from Crown College who was headed back home to Kenya in one month to play professionally.

"Wherever he is, if he’s okay, we just want him to know that we love him and we want to see him again," Mirriam told FOX 9.

I'm glad they have been looking from above. I've been following Courtney Nicole Johnson's/LA thread and when I did her google map I was worried about water in those bayous with her also. Unfortunately with her case LE has now pulled a submerged vehicle from water off the highway that might be hers (not officially identified yet, though family members at the scene were distraught).

I just can't shake entry into water here too, but with search warrants issued maybe I am completely off and LE has much better info to follow. I hope so anyway.

Unfortunately so many cases like this end with the car found in the water :(

Search warrants might just be to get the cell phone data, but it does sound...unusual.

IMO I agree with you about water, I live here in Savage and I grew up in Minnetrista area.

They have searched at a phone ping in Chaska by the Minnesota River, another in Carver (next to Chaska) and tomorrow in Savage (Warren Butler park, nowhere by his travel route but by Credit River which is tiny).

I hope this big push with searches with FBI and BCA will produce results and bring Keegan home.

Fingers crossed.

Sounds like they're thinking the same thing as far as being in the water.
