MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Anoka Police Department is investigating the missing person case of a 58-year-old Elk River man.

Police confirm that Keith Harvell was last seen on April 3 at 7:22 p.m. at a Kwik Trip in Anoka.

He was seen wearing a black nylon jacket and black pants. He’s described as 5-foot-11, 220 pounds with brown curly hair and blue eyes. He also has tattoos of a lighthouse on his left chest and a tree on his right torso.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police.

MISSING PERSON ALERT: The Anoka Police Dept. is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing man. Keith Harvell, 58, 5’8”, 185 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.. Harvell was last seen on April 3 at 7:22 p.m. with his vehicle at an Anoka Kwik Trip. Investigators now believe Harvell is on foot with his direction of travel and destination unknown; he is possibly in the Twin Cities area. Harvell has a tattoo of a lighthouse on his left chest and a tree on his right torso. Anyone with information Keith Harvell’s whereabouts is urged to dial 911 or call Anoka PD at 763-427-1212.

A body was pulled Saturday from the Mississippi River in Anoka, and authorities have now identified the deceased.
