Authorities arrest 2 connected to the deaths of 8 puppies left outside the Joplin Humane Society

Investigators say the puppies were left outside the Joplin Humane Society in a plastic tote.

Surveillance video helped capture Seth Vaile, 30. Vaile faces eight counts of animal abuse. Authorities arrested Samuel Allen, 36, on outstanding warrants. Investigators call Allen a person of interest. He does not face formal charges in this case.

This makes my blood boil!

It happens more than people probably know. When I did rescue and rehab it was VERY common to come home and find animals tied to trees, etc.

It was the stupid people that would leave a litter of baby squirrels or cotton tails in a box, for me to find...dead.

Animals feel pain and fear, they simply cannot speak the human language.
