The Missing Persons Unit needs help finding 26-year-old Deja, who left her home around 11 a.m. on December 17 in the 3700 block of Texas.

Deja suffers from mental health conditions and was last seen on December 17 standing on a porch in the 2800 block of Lemp.

Deja was wearing the clothing pictured in the below photos, which is described as a black nightgown and blue-green socks. It is believed she won’t provide her real name if encountered. She also has a tattoo on her right bicep of the name “Timothy” and a tattoo on her chest with the name “Mike.”

Anyone who sees Deja is urged to call 911.

(Note: St. Louis PD is spelling her name "Deja," but it appears that her family spells it "Daja.")

This is so sad. There is a startling difference in her appearance in the images caught on a ring camera on December 17 and the picture on the poster. No one would be able to identify her from the picture on the poster.

She's lost a alarming amount of weight since the "missing" poster photo. I checked MO court records for both spellings of the first name. There are two Daja Lucas', with different middle names, the two only had some minor traffic tickets and nothing recently.

There are court records for a Dejavon C. Lucas. Mostly traffic ticket type and a non criminal family matter. I personally don't think Dejavon is Deja (or Daja) as that woman is a federal employee in Kansas City, and resides there.

The first picture doesn’t look from a Ring-camera & it looks like she’s in front of a male with something on his waist. An officer maybe? Someone checking up on her because she’s walking in socks & looks distressed? Hope that the people talking with her can give some information about her state of mind & what she told them!

I blew up the photo slightly, I don't think that's a typical Law Enforcement watch. LE officers tend to wear tactical watches that are more durable and functional than everyday watches. Popular ones: the Casio - G-Shock Master of G Rangeman Watch and Shock Beige Military Watch are popular as are the Nixon MK-1 and Regulus SS watch, and some of the Garmin ones (Fenix 7X, Instinct 2). The watch on the undentified male in the first phoso looks to be a flatter square watch with the thinner strap (mesh type material perhaps) that looks more like a fashion watch in my opinion. I'm curious where the picture came from. I ran it through some reverse lookup software and had no hits, likely because the original picture was cropped.

I did find her full name at the Highway Patrol website and her middle name is AARIONNA. Active Missing Persons

Lucas’ family says her day started like any other Tuesday, Dec. 17. She dropped her two daughters off at school, returned home to rest, and later spoke with her father on the phone.

“She was talking to her father on the phone, and the conversation started to change. Her father noticed she was distressed,” Lucas’ aunt, Anetra Thornton, said.

Lucas’ father tried to find her after she mentioned being on Miami Street, but the call ended abruptly.

*****
Her family says she’s known to go near bodies of water during episodes of psychosis and urges the public to check those areas.

The family says Lucas may now be wearing a gray hoodie and was last spotted along Highway 30.

St. Louis County Police say she was last spotted on Gravois Road in Sunset Hills.

See more in the linked article.

That's easily 15 miles from the 2800 block of Lemp Ave without shoes!

I'll be in Sunset Hills tomorrow and on Christmas, so I'll keep an eye out. Hope she is found safely and soon, it's dropping into the 30s tonight.

That photo in her missing poster though is completely unhelpful. I never in a million years would assume that person in the images on the street is the same person as on the poster even if I walked right into her.
Sometimes that's the only photo a family member has, but sometimes they pick something "flattering". I told my husband that if I ever go missing put my picture out there with no makeup, and no filters, wearing my standard jeans and a T shirt because that's how I look 95% of the time.

I am very concerned for her, and hope she comes home today.

Currently sitting in Sunset Hills with family and a full belly. Hoping Daja is safe and warm as well. Nothing in MSM since 22 hours ago.
