Charging documents allege Apodaca and Fonville killed the two at 5806 Anderson St., Apodaca's home, and that Apodaca and Fonville had lured them there in order to rob them. They were in the male victim's car, according to the charges, when Fonville hit the boy on their way to the park where they set fire to the car with both bodies inside.

So glade this boy is going to be okay, hope these get prosecuted to the fullest extent!!

A Jackson County jury found 20-year-old Todd B. Fonville guilty in the April 2011 shooting deaths of Jose Morales and Debeney Kreiling...

Fonville’s co-defendent, Miguel Apodaca, 29, has pleaded guilty to second degree murder in the deaths of Morales and Kreiling. Apodaca was sentenced Aug. 3 to 20 years in prison.
