That whole, "newly released video" (from the contractors) just strikes me the wrong way.
First of all, they're 50 feet away (seemed further to me, since my house is 50' long, and it sure didn't look like looking at my house from one end to the other), not 5, or even 10. Right there, I'm wondering how accurate what they saw/heard is. On the video I've seen, they (the news media), make it look like when the contractor is raising his arms, he's also voicing the, "he had his arms in the air...!" comment. Not true. This was done, imo, to foster sensationalism. He does say something about, "he had his hands in the air!", but him (the contractor) actually raising his arms seems like it was done in more of a "wtf!" gesture. If these guys were working, it seems more likely that it was the gunshots that alerted them, and made them stop what they were doing and look over. They didn't see everything that happened from the beginning, so how they can analyze what happened is beyond me.
And then a man pulls up in a car (right after this happens), and says, "he was no threat at all!" Where did THAT guy come from? In a car, no less? Was he parked on the street by MB and OW, and then drove around in a circle to the contractors?
Just seems odd to me. Looking from the distance the video is shot, it would be difficult to see and hear all they said they did...with a comfortable degree of accuracy, anyway.
