"An endangered silver advisory was issued for Harold Lee Neeley Sr., 69, described as 6’1″, 170 lbs, gray hair, blue eyes, with a full beard. Neeley had been traveling with family to Tampa florida when his vehicle, a Black, 2013, Ford Escape, disappeared traveling north on 63 Highway in Jefferson City. Family have not had contact since then. Neeley also suffers from diabetes, kidney failure, heart condition, and diminished memory. Anyone with information should contact the nearest law enforcement agency."
