According to police, Toliver was dropped off the evening of April 14 near 39th Terrace and Oakley, and her family hasn’t heard from her since.

Police describe Toliver as a light-skinned black female who is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 125 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes and was last seen wearing white shorts, a white shirt and brown sandals.

Lack of interest combined with rising murder numbers. If you can rule a death accidental the violent crime rate seems lower.

If you don't find a body you don't have to pay for a conviction-etc.

Boy not much information has been given out about Jamie. Why was she dropped off and where? I just read that she worked at Chrome, same strip club Toni Anderson worked at, got my curiosity up. Still don't know why Toni was found in the Missouri river and now another gal from Chrome missing. Alonzo Washington from KCMO tweeted she worked at Chrome can anyone confirm and also we need much more information about Jamie and what took place before she couldn't be found.

Toliver was last seen in Kansas City, Missouri on April 14, 2017. She was dropped off that evening near 38th Terrace and Oakley. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Human remains discovered in February have been identified as those of a 29-year-old Kansas City woman, who hasn’t been seen since April of 2017. Kansas City police say Jamie Toliver was last seen April 14, 2017.

Human remains identified as Kansas City woman, missing since 2017

Her remains were located on February 19, 2023 in the area of Gladstone Boulevard and North Belmont Boulevard.
