KANSAS CITY, Mo. --
Two bikers found a body stuffed inside a black plastic bag Wednesday afternoon.

The bikers made the grisly discovery in a wooded area off Gladstone Boulevard and North Belmont Avenue, KMBC's Peggy Breit reported. The scene is near Indian Mound Park.

UPDATE: Does anyone recall a missing persons described as wearing Levi pants with a black belt and boots?

Michael said he opened the bag and found a badly decomposing body. Michael called police and homicide investigators arrived in the area a short time later and taped it off, but said they have little to go on. Investigators said right now they can't confirm if the body is male or female.

"I think it is a male," Michael said. "Boots, Levi jeans, a black belt."

Figuring out who the person was and what happened will be a tough task for investigators.

what the entire hell? this guy kills two separate men in separate incidents by shooting and is only serving 16 years total for voluntary manslaughter. wow.
