Tina Porter Says Child Protection Laws Should Be Improved
KANSAS CITY, Mo. --

Tina Porter, whose two children were seized and slain by their father, supports changing some basic child protection laws.

At a news conference Wednesday, Porter announced her support for bills to strengthen the laws of children from difficult separations and divorces.
