Maybe this John Doe? He matches all the available information; same height, race, gender, hair colour, and eye colour of Patrick and very close weight range as well.

There is no DNA on file apparently for Patrick. Hopefully they can get some. I can't tell if this John Doe has a scar on his forehead, and there is no mention of a gunshot wound but everything else fits.
