Pierre M. McWhirter, 27, was last seen at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday in the 10000 block of Hillcrest Road. McWhirter has been diagnosed with a disability that renders him basically nonverbal and makes him suspicious of strangers. McWhirter is required to take sustainment medications.

McWhirter is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair.
