Where was it towed from? And who towed it? Who's the Brother-in-law?

I would guess the brother in law is the husband of David’s sister, Joyce Mayhew based on the obituary below:

“David Rinehart, 63, Kansas City, Kansas passed away March 30, 2010. He was born May 21, 1946. He is survived by his wife, Vicki; sons, David and Dwane; sister, Joyce Mayhew; brothers, Jim and Jerry Rinehart; and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be held April 5, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the memorial fund at Country Club Bank in Dwane’s name.”


Really sad to see he went on to have more children after assaulting Rita’s daughter, even naming them after himself “David” and another D name, Duane.

Maybe the second wife has more insight, maybe not.
