A dramatic and chilling 911 call from a child sent police officers to a Missouri home last week, where they found 47-year-old Suzette Flores beaten to death in the home’s garage and arrested her partner, 34-year-old Felipe Ayala III.
“I need somebody my dad is hitting my mother,” the 911 caller told dispatchers. “I need a police officer.”

“I think my dad is coming,” the boy who called 911 says at another point, according to the affidavit. “Are they on the way ma’am? I am very scared ma’am.”
“”I do not know what he is doing to my momma,” the boy said. “I hear banging she is not yelling or nothing anymore. It is just quiet. I do not hear her anymore. I do not know what he did to her.”

Police responded to a home in the 3500 block of South Juniper Avenue for a domestic assault call on January 7, around 11:20 p.m. Officers found Flores beaten to death. They found a hammer near the body. Officers arrested Ayala at the scene.
Investigators said a neighbor heard a woman scream, “Please stop,” coming from the house. Investigators said he then saw a man beating something in the garage. He later saw a man pacing in the garage.

The child allegedly told police Ayala had been wielding a knife before the fatal attack and said he had mentioned “people were out to get him,” the affidavit says. Ayala and Flores began fighting and arguing in the garage and the child told police he saw Ayala choking Flores and hitting her in the head.
“You made me do this,” Ayala allegedly told her, the child said to police, the affidavit alleged. “Ayala looked at him and the other juveniles in the home saying they were next,” the affidavit added.
