Endangered Person Advisory Issued for Missing Joplin Man
Tepper has medical conditions requiring regular medication and has been without medications for a week. This could cause him to behave unpredictably. He is under legal guardianship of his mother.

Tepper previously made statements that he was attempting to go to an unknown location in Kansas.
