St. Louis man charged with killing woman, dumping her body in Madison County

A 46-year-old St. Louis man was charged Monday with two counts of first degree murder in connection with the death of Tabith L. Milton-Rush, 44, of St. Louis.

Raamon Victor Reed of 4422 Gibson Avenue was also charged with concealment of a homicidal death.

The body of Milton-Rush was found about 9 a.m. Saturday down an embankment off Illinois 255, approximately one mile north of Illinois 140 in Bethalto
