ENDANGERED SILVER ADVISORY: Police search for missing Joplin woman
Waneta Louise Day was last seen at her home in the 2600 block of Iron Gates road in Joplin, around 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
Day is described as a 92 year old white female, standing 5'3" tall, with gray hair, blue eyes and wearing glasses. She was last seen wearing a dark blue dress with flower pattern, gray jacket and black shoes. She has difficulty walking and uses a walker.
Day was discovered missing early Saturday morning after her son went to her home to check on her. He found the front door open and Day gone. Her walker and jacket were also gone from the house.
Day takes medications for dementia and high blood pressure, which were left at the house.
