A child's parents would have grounds to sue the place if their child was injured. Not sure where you get the idea that a patron is to blame for an injury sustained in negligence by the business.

"Throwed roll" isn't grammatical and is a stupid practice that is going to cost the business owner real money. If the stupid choose to eat there, so be it.
