Mom abandons six children at Walmart

A Kentucky mom abandoned her six children at a Walmart and took off with a man and his daughter. It's terribly done, but I have to say I can understand why it happened if the article is correct about her and the children's ages, if the children are her biological children. It says that mom is 24 years old (and she looks that age), while the children are between 11 and 6 years old! If true, she had a baby every year from the age of 13 to 18! She was just a child. In that case, who is the father of those children, and why was he (or they) not arrested for child rape? Kentucky mom arrested for abandoning six children at Walmart
