Pope Francis has declared a date for the canonization of Mother Teresa. Mother Teresa will be officially named a saint on Sept. 4, 2016. She was beatified in 2003 by Pope John Paul II after a first miracle was attributed to her. The Vatican determined that Mother Teresa answered an Indian woman's prayers to cure her brain tumor.
