.Court documents say investigators were tipped by the National Crime Agency in the United Kingdom about a Skype user known as “cj dereks” — later identified as Selby, a married father — who was allegedly producing and sharing child
with a user in the UK.The UK user poses as a 17-year-old girl named “Emma Long” “to obtain child sexual abuse material,” the documents say. The user shares a video of “Emma Long’s” 5-year-old sister engaging in sexual activity to entice others to sexually abuse children and share the videos, the complaint says.
