Dutschke is expected to appear in the United States District Court in Oxford, Mississippi, on Monday, April 29, 2013, before U. S. Magistrate Judge S. Allan Alexander. The arrest is based on a federal charge.
OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- James Everett Dutschke heard charges against him during his initial appearance before a federal magistrate Monday morning.
The magistrate says the indictment remains sealed at this time.
The affidavit says tests indicated that items, including a dust mask, recovered from a trash can down the street from the studio tested positive for ricin.
The affidavit also says trace amounts of ricin were found in the studio, and that Dutschke bought castor beans on the Internet.
Long story at the link.---
Theirs is a story of human dismemberment and righteous causes, of martial arts and murder intrigues, sexual perversity, political conviction, and resentments dearly held. What lies behind Kevin Curtis and Everett Dutschke’s spectacular collision? A lot of odd and complicated things. But in the simplest sense, perhaps it’s that these gentlemen simply had too many dreams in common, and in their particular America, there are only so many dreams to go around.
