Good find! Timeline is off by 4-6 years, but otherwise, it seems possible given the circumstances surrounding James' disappearance. Also, Ocean Springs is only 24 minutes or so from Vancleave, MS. Have you submitted him for comparison?

I just saw in GA - GA - Male,wht,20-30 yrs,5'8-9'',140-180lbs,brown hair, blue webbed belt w/military buckle,9 Aug.1986 that @Coffee56 sugested Welter wich I think is a very good match too. Thanks.
