MT - Darby Hodges, 1, found dead; sister Kiera Pulaski, 4, dies later in MO, 2010

Just stopping in to remember these two beautiful children that deserve justice . Hope grandma is doing well. Never give up hope .

I am the Grandmother of Darby and Kiera and Tommy is my son. There are recent developments in the cases. For three years Inside Edition worked at getting all concerned on camera and we were trying to get the boyfriend interviewed which we did. There will be an Inside Edition story the end of February 2019 and I’m happy to say codey and Julia Cummings are incarcerated in the Texas County Oklahoma sheriffs lock up. They were caught selling moonshine with felony drugs and. stolen guns. As they wait both police departments are putting the deaths of the kids’ cases together and will try to charge them with killing the kids. It’s been a long and hard fight but I’m hoping we have justice for the kids soon. Go to Justice for Darby and Kiera on Facebook for new developments. Thank you!

They are both still free although in and out of jail and prison on several felonies. Codey has a little girl with an addiction and his mother and him grabbed and kept her. The last I saw he has another on the way with yet another addict. They both live in the Springfield area. Julia is considered unaware as Codey pushed her too far…orgies, drug cooking…and his mother continues to bail him out. He was supposed to go to prison for breaking probation 4 times but she saves him every time. But it’s all coming around. Their lives are sick but they’re all such good Christians. Their father is a paramedic and teacher.

If hers is not the picture of a meth-head, then none exists in this world. Hers looks pretty extreme.

Wow! Julia looks terrible! Evidently they’re incapable of being law abiding citizens. I hope they throw away the key with these two.

A heartbreaking story. When I search for these babies names, I came across the find-a-grave for them both. There are lots of sweet and adorable photos listed too. I can't believe no one has been charged.
Kiera's memorial page has this statement:

Kiera also had a stepfather who was the only father she knew. His name is Thomas Hodges. He is the natural father of Darby Hodges her brother. Please include him in her relatives. thank you.

I did chuckle that above this statement about the stepfather being the only father she knew, someone updated the memorial that includes an email address and simply states she had a stepfather as well. I wonder if that was done intentionally, giving the email address.

Darby's memorial page states he died in his sleep and there is a copy of the death certificate posted, cause of death undetermined. That seemed odd to me to have a copy of the cert.

If they are guilty, may they never find peace.
