Recovered/Located MT - Lyneia Aja, 27, Missoula, 19 June 2017

The Montana Department of Justice has issued a Missing/Endangered Person Advisory for a woman who was last seen at a woman's shelter in Missoula.

The advisory was issued on behalf of the Missoula Police Department for Lyneia Aja.

The advisory says that Aja, 27, is a victim of family member assault and requested the shelter to have a welfare check done if she did not make contact on June 20th.

Authorities say that Aja may be driving a 1994 white Jeep Cherokee with Montana plates C6325.

Aja is 5' 6" tall, weighs 115 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes.

Finally, a case where I can sorta be of service.

I lived in Missoula for two years, and my lady still lives there.

We've both shared the flyer here and there in Missoula.

As far as I know, there is just one homeless shelter there, the Poverello or just the Pov near downtown Missoula, but I realize they could mean something like transitional housing or a domestic violence shelter.. I just know of one other place called Jay's Place which isn't too far from the Pov.

Authorities canceled the advisory for Aja shortly after 2 a.m. stating only that she had been located.
