Robert Smith, 57, was last seen Monday. He’s diabetic and does not have his medication with him. Officials say his disappearance is unusual.

Smith is 5-foot-10, 170 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He is missing his right foot, has a scar on his left wrist and several tattoos.

He was last seen wearing a sweatshirt, blue jeans and a knit cap.
