I would hate to come up on a scene like that.

Authorities have found a man’s body being eaten by crocodiles at the private Iberostar Golf Club Cancun. The body was found floating in a lagoon near the 18th hole. He was found wearing only tennis shoes and blue pants.

Crocodiles found eating man’s body at luxury Cancun golf course

This is so sad.
The man, probably enjoying a day of leisure.
Hope this LUXURY resort, ensures the area is safe: but perhaps Crocs can enter from the wilderness, if nearby, and never safe.

Crocodiles? That's rare since larger crocodiles are rare in North America and shy. I wonder if the man died earlier and the crocodiles were just being opportunists. I wonder if it was an invasive species crocodile? Not much on the web on Nile crocodiles in Mexico, but they are known to live there. They are also in Florida, and they are known to attack even when not threatened or hungry.

My goodness. How sad. Bringing back memories of the family that lost their child in Disney to the alligator attack.

Crocs are much bigger I think. Scary.

When golfing it is normal that you sometimes hit your golfball near or in the water. He may have went down to the bank of the water to look for his golfball and a croc could have been in the perfect spot to ambush him. He never would have seen it coming.

What a horrible way to go.
