My Nephew's Death @ Broadriver Correctional SC March 2025

My nephew Sean Jarrett Tomshaw passed away in March of 2025 at Broadriver Correctional in SC. I would like to know exactly what lead to his death that day. I still have alot of unanswered questions surrounding his death. If anyone would be willing to look into his death please let me know. Thank you
