My problem with the Children's Safety Act

they need to rewrite some of the act ,ive not read all of it just this thread.
IF I MADE LAWS i would have a law in some shape or form that when a child goes missing like the shandra cantu case the police have total control within a certain parameter and can go into the homes and do a house by house search to try and find the child.i believe it will increase the live recovery rate and increase awareness.
