He told his family that he had a fare at 7:30 p.m. There is no indication who he was supposed to pick up that evening or where. He has not been heard from since and his vehicle, a new 2007 black Lincoln Town Car has not been recovered. His cell phone and credit cards have not been used since that day.

Comments
His car was new and didn't have permanent license plates, but had the transportation carrier permit number TCP 18525 printed on the back bumper. It had a transponder that registers when it enters San Francisco International Airport. The transponder did not register a trip to the airport that evening.

Details of Disappearance (from Charley Project)
Noah was last seen in San Bruno, California at approximately 7:00 p.m. on May 1, 2007. He left his home in his black 2007 Lincoln Town Car, telling his fifteen-year-old son he was going to pick up a customer for his private car service, E-Limousine Services, which he ran out of his home.
Noah did not say who he was picking up or where. He has never been heard from again and his car has not been located. It didn't have any license plates at the time Noah went missing, but it did have the transportation number TCP 18525 printed on the back bumper.

Authorities consider Noah's disappearance suspicious, as he was not having any problems at the time of his disappearance and has no history of leaving without warning.

A search of airport parking lots and a street-by-search search of San Bruno turned up no sign of his vehicle.

Noah has two adult children by a previous marriage in addition to his teenage son. He has not been in contact with any of his family members since May 2007, and there is concern for his safety. His case remains unsolved.

Bumping case up. I wonder what LE was able to find out, since he had a cell phone at the time. No leads, no clues?

Maybe we could work on this old case a bit.

Does he have any rule-outs in NamUs?

"He is a U.S. Army veteran and a naturalized American citizen. The chances of Noah leaving the country are unlikely since he did not have his passport.

My speculation is that this gentleman traveled along the airport frontage road, where the bay is immediately parallel....right there, just a few feet from the road. If memory serves me right there isn't a guardrail, but maybe a slight embankment (very slight) leading in to the water.

There was no rain that day and sunset was 8pm. However, the fog could have already started rolling in, and that could have obscured visibility. Further, we don't know if this gent had any medical issues such as diabetes which could explain a possible medical incident.

I think he drove off the frontage road in to the bay. By now, who knows where the current could have moved his vehicles, but this would be a prime case for Adventures with Purpose, IMO.

Amateur opinion and speculation

Sounds plausible to me. I wonder the best way to bring attention from an organization like "Adventures..." to the case.

The family would have to request their assistance

May be a stretch, but I'm checking travel logs for Israel Keyes to see if anyone went missing while he was in their area. Keyes was in the area (was in Healdsburg and Calistoga on May 1st). The timeline has him in Napa on 4/30/2007, as well as San Diego (and crossing into Tijuana) on 04/30/2007; then back up in Healdsburg on 05/01/2007. I'm unsure on where he was staying, but he flew out of Oakland on the 3rd. It seems he was doing a lot of traveling all over California. He was known to drive far distances, and his crimes were ones of opportunity. So, seems possible at least.

Bump for MYoung. His new car was never located. Either ended up in a chop shop or possibly in the SF bay (MOO)
